The following is an extract from Christopher Frost’s sales pamphlet that he produced to market his historic volume “I have been determined that no expense would be spared in producing this book to the highest standard. To that end, I have invested my life savings in having it privately published in an edition limited to precisely 1000 numbered signed copies.”
